If your data service is expired, the camera can't connect to the cellular network to send the pictures. ![]() ![]() Please check your data service to make sure the data service is current. Sometimes, you may still see P5 but if P3 or below ever appears, it's the time to change the batteries. If you see P3 or P1 or even P0, that means your batteries are about to die. The P number is located on the lower right corner of the image. ![]() Check the P number on the last a few photos you received, both day-time and night-time. If your camera has been working fine and suddenly stop working, the following are a few things you want to check before you contact Spartan Camera technical support team:
